Olivia’s Rosé of Pinot Noir 2024
“Great salinity and acidity. Reminds us of salted watermelon”
The Pinot Noir is grown specifically for making rosé, from three different clones of Pommard Pinot Noir Andrew selected, specifically with rosé production in mind.
Fermented and aged in amphora for about six months before bottling.
Fresh and expressive. Great salinity and acidity. Reminds us of salted watermelon.

Andrew is the only winemaker in North America who also makes his own amphorae. Amphorae have been used to age and transport wine since the time of the Ancient Greeks.
